Thermal Technology started production of tyre warmers in 2003 in collaboration with World Championship racing teams, today they are the only manufacturer to use Carbon Fibre as a heating element for both professional and amateur range of tyre warmers. They continue to develop new and innovative products in line with teams in the MotoGP and WSBK.
We can supply all of Thermal Technology's motorcycle products including the popular 'Windstopper' and 'Tyre Rack'. We aim to keep stock of most tyre warmers for immediate dispatch, however, some products whether quick sellers or low popularity may need ordering and are usually available with 5-10 working days. Thermal Technology produce tyre warmers from £260 for the more budget friendly track day model, through to the ultimate in tyre warmers, the Tri-Zone warmer that not only warms the tyre, but also the rim to help hold the heat in the tyre for longer.

Track Day
The Track day tyre warmer is the base level warmer, it includes the Carbon Fibre heating element and provides a fixed temperature of 85° C.
It has cotton/polyester external construction, insulated layer and cotton internal fabric with a transversal heating element
Available with 3 different coloured side skirts

Performance
The Performance tyre warmer has a fixed temperature of 85°C, a more robust Nylon outer fabric, an insulated inner and a cotton internal.
The heating element now runs both transversal and longitudinal.
Available in Black,. Red or Blue
This is an excellent balance of budget and quality
Pro
The Pro tyre warmer has a fixed temperature of temperature 85°C, a polyester outer layer, insulation and a Nomex retardant inner.
This has a transversal and longitudinal heating element but now features a neoprene skirt to improve side fitment.
This is a professional level, fixed temperature tyre warmer
Race
The Race tyre warmer has an electronic heat controller allowing you to set adjust the temperature between 50/90/110°C
It has a flame retardant outer, insulation and a Nomex internal layer with transversal and longitudanal heating elements and an neoprene skirt to improve side fitment.
This is one of the most popular warmers with excellent build quality and an easy to manage electronic temperature control
Evo Dual Zone
The Dual Zone tyre warmer has two individual zones controlled by an electronic thermostat, this allows the warmer to reach a more consistant temperature across the whole warmer. This is adjustable between 0-120°C
It has a Nomex inner and outer layer with transversal and longitudinal heating elements.

Evo Tri Zone
The Triple Zone tyre warmer upgrades the Dual Zone model to now include an individually controlled rim heater, this can allow the tyre to remain warmer for longer.
