Free delivery to UK Mainland
All purchases placed at www.wscperformance.co.uk and shipped to mainland UK include the cost of standard delivery. That means the price you see is the price you pay. There will be no extra cost at checkout.
Small Items/under 2Kg - Standard delivery items are posted by using Royal Mail 2nd class service** which is a 2-3 day service. This is not always a tracked service. This can be upgraded at checkout.
Large items/over 2kg - All larger items above 2kg will be sent using a 2-3 day courier. This is a tracked service, and usually takes 2-3 working days. This can be upgraded at checkout.
Express 48Hr Shipping
Some items are listed with a priority shipping method, this will always be shipped on a next day service but courier collection may be delayed until the following day (See Dispatch times), so we can only estimate a delivery time of 48hrs when purchasing through the website. If you require a next day service, please contact us and we will advise if we can get it to the courier the same day.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered through delay in either dispatch or courier delivery, however, if such delays occur, you will be informed as soon as practicable.
Dispatch times
The dispatch of In Stock orders is completed daily. Monday-Wed, purchases placed before 2:00pm are usually dispatched on the same day, This is variable on a Thursday and a Friday. but all orders will be dispatched within 1 working day.
Some items are listed as To Order in the product listing including Brake discs and Exhausts and these will be dispatched within 3 working days.
SAMCO offer a large selection of hoses, some show as In Stock, these are stored in our warehouse and are ready for delivery. Others are listed as available to order with a 5-6 week delivery time. However, if our supplier has stock of this product, it will be dispatched sooner.
If there is to be a delay in dispatch for longer than the above times, you will always be notified by email.Items will be delivered to the shipping address provided. You (the Customer) will be responsible for providing the delivery address. Please check it. Items missing as a result of providing an incorrect delivery address will be the customers responsibility. If items are returned as a result of an incorrect delivery address will be charged at the relevant cost for redelivery, any cancellations will be refunded based on the return/cancelation policy.
Offshore UK Deliveries
Free Delivery excludes Shetland Islands (ZE), Outer Hebrides (HS) and Isle of Man (IM), to which there is usually a surcharge. We're constantly adding to the shipping options, but if your location is not listed, please contact us to arrange.
International Deliveries
We also deliver worldwide. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, and we are constantly adding countries to our delivery list. If your country is not listed, please ask.
UK VAT is not charged on international deliveries, and therefore you will be charged at the local rate at time of import.
Up to 2kg parcels - These are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked** service with an expected delivery of 5-7 working days
Over 2kg Parcels - These are shipped using UPS Express** service which varies from country to country.
