All products purchased from WSC Performance are dispatched with free delivery*, the price you see is the price you pay.
Deliveries are made through MyHermes and are usually completed within 5-7 working days. A next day serice can be requested, but this is currently not available on the website, and may not include all items. If you require such a service, please email us and we will be in touch as soon as possible. We will add this option to the website as soon as we're able to.
To ensure our prices are always competitive, and we can continue to offer the best price, free delivery and give you the ability to track your order, deliveries are made using MyHermes. If you require a different service, please contact us via our contact us page, we'll offer a telephone number soon. For any delivery upgrades, we will only charge the extra above our preferred delivery option.
Stock - WSC Performance aim to keep items in stock and ready for dispatch, however, this is not always possible and therefore they may be ordered direct from our supplier, in this case, they will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Items held in stock are all listed on WSC-Performance Ebay store (please see the link in the footer) and will be dispatched within 1 working day. If you have a questions, please contact me.
We will always aim to deliver at the earliest opportunity. This may mean using another delivery company who do not include a tracking service.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered through delay in either dispatch or courier delivery, however, if such delays occur, you will be informed as soon as practicable.
*Free Delivery excludes Shetland Islands (ZE), Outer Hebrides (HS) and Isle of Man (IM), to which there is a £2 surcharge. Please contact us.
**We reserve the right to change method of deilvery, however, we will never change it to a slower service.
Returns accepted within 14 days of item dispatch subject to the following conditions.
-Returns carriage must be paid
-Items must be in unused and original resalable condition, including packaging.
-Contact should initially be made through the page.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your proof of postage in the event of making a claim through your carrier.
If an item arrives damaged or we have supplied you with an incorrect part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can arrange exchange.
